Cooperation and Development Network Eastern Europe is announcing a call for members of the international preparatory team of a seminar entitled "Youth And The City - Direct Democracy On Spot". The project will take place in the second half of April in Azerbaijan. So far, it is financially supported by the European Youth Foundation of the Council of Europe and Green Forum, Sweden. The call is open for applicants from any Council of Europe member state, Belarus or Kazakhstan.
