Target group were youngsters involved in national and international organizations mainly Green oriented with both East and West Europe cultural background. During the camp we also had visits from local young people from the city which wanted to follow our program.

During the summer camp we used a various educational methods as:

get to know each other games, lectures, discussions, workshops, presentations on different issues of the summer camp, open space technology for identifying future projects, inter cultural evenings, study visits, group building activities, energizer games, role and theater play and creative workshops We also wanted to give basic skills to our participants to be able to create and realize street actions (trainers were professionals from the sections): - music, drama, painting, photography. The agenda, and detailed methods used can be found in Report Agenda and Session outlines.doc attached document.

The results: The participants gave knowledge about Youth Culture, the role of youth and its Power. They could, also, gather a lot of realized actions which were using culture and art as the tool to pass a message and raise attention. We also learned them how to pass this knowledge to others, and how to make their idea possible through activism and participation. We strongly believe we managed to gather in Tuzla highly motivated, positive and responsible young people. Our participants showed a keen interest in the problems we discussed and the lectures we had. All of them took an active part in workshops, discussions, games and evening activities.

The seminar benefits CDN in the objective of strengthening CDN’s contacts with its member organizations and make new contacts with non-member organizations. The seminar continued the work of previous cultural project (Strengthening diversity, European Cultures from East to West) and now CDN Managed to form the Culture group, with well skilled members, which will deal with the issues of European Cultural diversity.

The Bosnian social environment seems to be positive and open to accept new ideas and international activities. Bosnian people were much opened and they showed interest to our work. We successfully managed to express our idea with the Street action against nationalism and intolerance towards different cultures, which was accepted positively and had good media coverage. During the Intercultural evenings and Organization fares the participants had the possibility to talk about their sending organizations as well as the cultural and other specific features of the country they are coming from. We believe we managed to help them learn and understand more about the others in the most prolific and successful way.

One of the Summer Camp main aim was to promote European Cultural Diversity as a tool for better future European identity and integration. Participants were exploring their similarities and differences, and trying to find the best way for cooperation. Certain debates and lecturers raised the issue of European Institutions which works to support democracy, Youth Activism, Participation and overall cooperation. The work of Council of Europe and EYF was presented, and participants tried through Open Space Technology to improve present, and develop new European work and cooperation on common problems.

As CDN is International Network which frequently gathers young people from East and West Europe, participants were introduced from the start that they should pay attention on differences in their cultures. We have adopted our energizers to have Intercultural Learning elements. We used a lot of role plays, where participants were pointing out their own view of self culture and culture of others. We also organized International nights, where people exchanged their cultures and habits. We also organized Talent night, were participants mostly showed the talents which are common for their culture.

We used Role Plays, Lecturers, Workshops, Working groups, Presentations, Meetings, Study Visits, Action... We used all necessary material for one 6 day seminar which follows mentioned activities - papers, pens, projector, stickers, tapes ... for the action we used Music instruments, cameras, panels...
