We would like to announce the 2nd General Assembly of Cooperation and Development Network Eastern Europe AISBL that will take place from 18th to 20th of February 2011 in Batumi, Georgia.
CDN Executive committee would like to ask you to nominate the delegates to the meeting. Every Member Organisation has the right to nominate two delegates to the Network Meeting and every Partner Organisation has the right to nominate one delegate to the Network Meeting.
CDN has arranged the accommodations, meals and the meeting place and CDN will cover these costs for all the delegates. CDN will also fully cover the travel and visa cost of one delegate from every Member Organisation. Our financial possibility is still not allowing us to cover all travel costs of the partner organisation delegate nor second delegate of the member organisations. There will be no participation fee set for this event.
In order to prepare this event well we would kindly ask you to send us the name of your delegate(s) before 1st of February. Otherwise, it would be great if you can just shortly reply to this e mail and tell us about possible time of decision in your organisation related to the delegate(s).
The delegates are expected to arrive to Batumi on 18th of Feburary before 16.00 GMT+4 Time Zone and depart only after 13.00 GMT+4 Time Zone on 20th of February. The delegates should arrange their travelling in most environmental friendly and economic manner possible. We kindly ask you to send us your travel route and price before booking.
Attached you will find the current Statutes of CDN, CDN Internal Rules and procedures and as well the Draft Agenda of second General Assembly of CDN AISBL, i.e. an international non-profit organization under Belgian law.
Furthermore, CDN will organize youth training for multipliers about international youth work with focus on CDN work in Batumi, Georgia from 21st to 23rd of February 2011. Hereby we would like to announce it and invite all the delegates, working group members and especially EC candidates to participate in this training. If you are planning to participate in the training please book your departure for 24th of February. More information about training will be published soon.
