CDN is announcing a call for the proposals for the project ideas and host organisation of CDN 2010 activities. Proposed activity should take place between 1st of March 2010 and 31st of December 2010. As before, we are open for diverse type and themes of the activities. Based on our possibilities we aim to support realisation of any idea that can be finances though regular programs of the Council of Europe, European Youth Foundation and the EU Youth in Action Program (seminars, exchanges, publications, meetings, trainings or conferences). As well, if the applicant has the proposal for any other type of non-commercial funding we would like to follow the idea. The topics of the events has to be in line with the green idea and support cooperation and development of work of and for the young people in Europe and as well should promote human rights, diversity, participation, democracy, sustainable development or environmental protection. The priority for the host of the event will be given to organisations associated with CDN or FYEG, however we are as well open for new partnerships and cooperation with other organisations. Based on the applications submitted CDN Executive Committee will make a decision of the projects that we think are beneficial, are in line with the green idea and that we are able to fundraise for. Please note that you can submit the idea for the project to CDN any time during the year. The reason for the deadline in this call is because of deadlines of the funders and that is way it is higher chance for successful funding of the projects if your application is sent to us within the deadline of the call. If you submit your project application any other time, we will take it into consideration. We are looking forward for the interesting new proposals!
