Call for GA 2012 host organisation

CDN AISBL is announcing a call for the host organisation of CDN General Assembly 2012. The GA is due to take place in the second half of February 2012.

Please find below a detailed call as well as the application form. Due to technical problems, the deadline for submitting the latter has been postponed to Friday 9th December 2011.

New Office Coordinator and EC member

The Executive Committee of CDN is happy to announce some changes in CDN's bodies. Teo Comet has been selected as Office Coordinator and has assumed this position on 1st November. Due to this, he has resigned from his position in the EC. In accordance with Article 11 of the Statutes, the EC decided to invite Morana Starčević to fill the gap in the EC. She has assumed the position of EC member on 1st November.

Call for a member of the Secretariat - Consultant

The Executive Committee of CDN is announcing a call for a member of the Secretariat. The Secretariat consists of two members, who are appointed officers and legal representatives of CDN AISBL. They are responsible to the Executive Committee. The mandate period will be decided by the Executive Committee, after a probation period of 3 months.

1. July 2011.

Member of the European Parliament, Jean Lambert, once again decided to support our annual Summer Camp 2011  “Sustainable living - Non violence and human security policy”. This project will take place from 7th August to 17th August in Serbia. Having in mind continous efforts Jean is giving on helping European Youth in their initiatives, we would like once again, to express our gratitude to her. This improved our optimism that we will have successful summer meeting!

Cooperation and Development Network Eastern Europe (www.cdnee.org) is announcing a call for participants of the seminar » Peace, Reconciliation, Diversity: A Youth Path «. This project will take place from 3rd to 10th of April 2011 in Armenia and is so far financially supported by the Council of Europe, the European Youth Foundation and Green Forum, Sweden. 2. February 2011

CDN is preparing its annual Summer Camp of young greens from all over Europe. This year it will be held in Serbia from 7^th till 17^th of August 2011. We are pleased to announce that Green European Foundation will support CDN Summer Camp. So far, we received support from European Youth Foundation, Green Forum of Sweden and Green European Foundation. More about Summer Camp you can find on project page.

We would like to announce the 2^nd General Assembly of Cooperation and Development Network Eastern Europe AISBL that will take place from 18^th to 20^th of February 2011 in Batumi, Georgia. The delegates are expected to arrive to Batumi on 18^th of Feburary before 16.00 GMT+4 Time Zone and depart only after 13.00 GMT+4 Time Zone on 20^th of February. Cooperation and Development Network is extending the CALL FOR MEMBERS OF CULTURE WORKING GROUP,  searching for applicants from Eastern Europe, (priority given to female applicants) in order to achieve gender and geographical balance in this group.
