Cooperation and Development Network Eastern Europe AISBL (CDN) is announcing a call for the host of CDN General Assembly 2016.
The host organization will be responsible for technical coordination of the meeting with the support of CDN Office. CDN Executive Committee will be responsible for the agenda. Still local host organization will have a chance to participate in the agenda if desires to organise a session for delegates and guests. It is CDN’s obligation to financially support the organization of the General Assembly, nevertheless fund-raising assistance from local host will be highly appreciated.
The exact date of the General Assembly is not set and we will decide about the date together with the host organization. Our aim is to organize General Assembly during the second half of February 2016.
If your organization has the capacities, time and motivation required to host the delegates of the General Assembly, please fill the application form and send it to office@cdnee.org by Sunday 15th of November 2015. Do not hesitate to contact the same address if you have any questions about the call or the application form. If you would like to apply but need more time, please inform us about it before the 15th of November.
The Executive Committee of CDN will have a meeting in November, during which your application will be evaluated and a decision will be made.
