Resilient Frontliners
By the Frontline Youth Network
Frontline Youth Network’s project built a vibrant platform for peer learning and skill development among young activists. Through a well-structured mentorship program with experienced mentors and enthusiastic mentees, the initiative provided a series of webinars, interactive sessions, and reflective journaling to discuss topics like mental health, social justice, journalism, and community engagement. The project prioritized participatory approaches, making sure activities were co-designed based on the actual needs of youth participants.
As an output, the team developed a practical “Resilience Practices” Mini-Toolkit – a pocket resource filled with actionable tips and exercises for daily use. This toolkit, validated by participants and integrated into their ongoing work, aims to empower young people to strengthen their resilience, boost their engagement in democratic processes, and actively contribute to social movements and green activism.
