Ivana Vojnov
Finance and Office Manager
ivana.vojnov@cdnee.org
Discovering and actively engaging in the world of volunteering & activism back in 2015, Ivana has found her gem (apart from cats, medicine and the Faculty of Biology). In 2018, her Green journey began with Green Youth of Serbia and its wonderful people (now friends & family), when attending, back then a joint event with CDN - Ekofest. Since then, Ivana engaged in Green events in various roles - from member to the Main Board, uncovering a beautiful oasis of amazing people where she found her safe place. The year 2021 came when Ivana crushed a corporate business after 2 years (almost literally - they sold out their company after she left), and joined CDN as an Office Assistant. Ivana's main responsibilities are manging he logistics & finances for events, administration. Her other main interests are environmental protection, social justice, mental health and sex education. -

Nej Goolé
Project Coordinator
project.coordinator@cdnee.org
Nej is a community organiser who has worked extensively with marginalised communities and has been actively involved in the green movement since his first CDN event in 2019. He has also served two mandates on CDN’s Executive Committee, in 2021 and 2023. Throughout all his adventures, Nej has had a particular talent for putting a table out, setting it up with care, and bringing people around it. He sees this as a little metaphor for the kind of community he wants to build through his work at CDN: a green community where people feel welcome, learn from each other, enjoy their time together, and make space for shared joy alongside education and inclusivity. At CDN, Nej works as a Project Coordinator, mainly supporting the Annual Work Plan activities, Study Sessions, and the different side projects that CDN might get up to throughout the year. He is also a little obsessed with urban planning and spatial justice, particularly with how our cities and shared spaces shape the lives of marginalised communities. His work and interests sit at the intersection of spatial justice, urbanism, community organising, and intersectionality — basically, he likes thinking about who gets to feel at home in a space, who gets left out, and how we can make our spaces more just, accessible, and joyful.
