Political Participation of Green Youth of Eastern Europe
What is our 2024 Work Plan about?
The Work Plan of 2024 will incorporate two phases and will consist of an international Refocusing Summer Camp as the first phase, followed by Local Actions.
Both activities aim to provide knowledge, skills, space, and resources for members of green youth organisations of Eastern Europe to refocus their vision for clearer political goals, develop concrete strategies for achieving political aims, and empower them to engage in diverse forms of social dialogue with different stakeholders.
Summer Camp
Our Refocusing Summer Camp will be a 6 day international event held in August in Georgia!
During the Refocusing Summer Camp we will aim to empower participants, as well as equip them with knowledge, skills and tools so they can take active, focused, and strategic political actions, and by doing so contribute to active youth political participation in Eastern Europe.
Local Actions
Local Actions, for which organisations will apply after the Summer Camp, will allow them to take the lessons learned and skills gained and bring them to a local, regional, and cross-regional levels.
In this phase, young people within our network can enhance capabilities of their organisations and make advocacy and negotiations campaigns in the specific policy areas within their communities.
