ElectionVision: Romania and Poland

🗳️ Presidential elections in two countries: Romania 🇷🇴 and Poland 🇵🇱 were held last month. Both were very important: these are two biggest Eastern EU countries. Both were held in a similar context: fight between liberal democracy and right-wing populism, society's fatigue with the current governments, and high activity of foreign propaganda. However, the outcomes were very different.

Join us to discuss outcomes of these elections and predictions for future!

🎤 Our speakers will be:

  • Sabrina Pavlov (she/her) - the official liaison of the Gutta-Club, Republic of Moldova 🇲🇩. During the 2024 Presidential elections in Republic of Moldova, and 2025 Presidential elections in Romania her main focus was on supporting the pro-EU candidates.

  • Renata Liliana Anetska (she/her) – an International Secretary of Young Polish Greens, Community Manager of Understanding Europe Ukraine.
