How we work
Capacity Building and Education
We provide comprehensive training, political education, and opportunities for knowledge exchange to foster growth and impact. We focus on political maturity, organisational development, and key topics such as climate crisis, social justice, security, and democracy.

Annual Work Plan is our leading series of non-formal education educational events, consisting of various forms of activity, such as summer camp, seminars, and local actions.

Study session is annual international educational event organised together with Council of Europe’s Youth Department. We look closely at a specific political issue (eg. economics in 2024, security in 2023, urban policy in 2022) and together with participants reducing relevant documents as toolkits or manifestos.

Network
We connect and bring together progressive youth across Eastern Europe from Prague to Baku and from Skopje to Riga.

General Assembly is the highest decision-making body of our Network. It elects Executive Committee which leads the network throughout the year. GA adopts the most important documents, such as statutes, political platform and activity/financial plan. It is also a place for the annual meeting of all network members to bring together all the perspectives.

We work in three regions: Balkans, South Caucasus and Centre-East Europe, facilitating enhanced exchange between activists from the specific region and focusing more on its particular issues. We also bring together activists facing similar problems by organising cross-regional meetings, eg. for the political parties' youth wings, activists from restrictive regimes.
Eastern European Perspective
We bring Eastern European Perspective in the European (Young) Green and progressive movement by providing space to Eastern European activists to talk about their issues and using our platform to advocate for them.

Our digital events are the space for spread the information and discuss the political developments in Eastern Europe. Our most notably series is ElectionVision, where we talked about the recent elections in our region.

Statements are the official political positions issued by Executive Committee advocating for the progressive agenda in the context of recent political developments.
